I love being part of processes where people are able to connect with themselves and with each other. I believe that only when we are connected, do we have full access to creativity, innovation and collaboration. 

I find it deeply inspiring to work with colleagues and clients in order to co-create processes and settings where this can happen.

  • Energy sector – Organisational & culture development. Developing management team and supporting redesign of organisational structure.

  • Media. Executive coaching. Individual coaching as well as coaching of strategic critical subgroups/constellations on executive level.

  • Licensed Psychologist (MSc in Psychology) from Lunds University, specialized in organisational psychology.

  • Have worked in the field of organisational Psychology since 1999.

  • I design and facilitate processes for change and learning in organisations. From individual level to large group interventions.

  • Have worked with clients within sectors such as energy, finance, technology, health care, and media as well as governmental institutions and non-profit organizations.

  • Broad experience from working in international corporations with multicultural teams.
